oh god I'm scared 

First of all, thank you for having trust in my takes and dealing with my shenanigans!! I'll try my best 😂 I don't have everyone's lore in my head so some length of LI notes would differ. In order of release:

Love and Producer

Zhou Qilou: He manages to surprise me when the story got further down the line. He's scary in the sense that given what he has done, he is willing to push to the extremes, which is how his 'other' self comes to be. But even in those instances, he still has some humanity in him, even if he doesn't think such.Bai Qi: The guy you can depend on and is pretty stable. Given his profession, even with the 'bad boy' aesthetic he gives off, he is simply a symbol of justice. It feels oversimplification but his theme being justice encompasses on all his traits and the way he cares for MC.Xu Mo: Gentlemanly manipulative lil shit. A lot of his narrative plays on having this unassuming 'facade' and underneath that a manipulative side. He always invokes a sense of seeing the world from different lenses and given that part of his character trait being colourblind, it's always a joyous process of witnessing how he sees the colours of MC. Li Zeyan: Your classic CEO type but when it comes to it, he's quite the innocent guy with very good morals. His MC will claw others for him and I really like how she is always able to balance his stern attitude but also his side that will indulge her.Ling Xiao: MC's partner is having a verbal 'discourse' cause this lil shit (affectionately) does relish in making MC give him the side eye. We miss him in this household, barely able to see him orz

Tears of Themis

Xia Yan: They already have a foundation together and it's constantly being explored back and how their ties have been linked together since before. This is true when he slowly learns that he can let her into with his sufferings because she loves him and wants to shoulder the happy and sad times together. Zuo Ran: His whole thing is playing with the concept and theme of "writing my own fate" and he continuously does so. And in this, it always shows how he treats her as his equal and his partner, very much that she sees that her standing is the same as his, even if he is still a 'mentor' to her.Mo Yi: A lot of his character is the exploration of the world and that people aren't all with agendas, and even if they do, isn't that all part of being human? He sees the world beyond his quite pessimistic view and fights the institutions that try to mould him into that. MC balances him well by showing that he can see the world with compassion.Lu Jinghe: I've always liked his balance of childishness and knowledge of the world. It's ingrained in his character and temperament of that "old money" character and it's always fun to see how he uses that to his strength and empathy. 

For All Time

Ai Yin: A tsundere MC definitely loves to tease but she never goes further than that. A much as he says his reluctance, he will still indulge MC in her shenanigans because it's her request. That's more than enough reason to do the things he might not have thought of cause he knows that she speaks from a place that understands him, and his quirks and she wouldn't make him do things he doesn't like. He trusts that she will be his strength and stand by his side. It is also easy to bribe him with sweets.Lu Chen: He's always kind and soft-spoken we are ignoring Prefect Luminary in this instance lol. While this means that he always keeps things to himself rather than showing his wrongs and worries to MC, this gives MC a lot of trust in him and with the different Lu Chens that she meets, she can trust him. Even if sometimes she has to break down his walls for him to realize that he doesn't have to be 'perfect' and accommodating all the time.Luo Xia: The literal definition of sunshine. His energy is so bright and I like that MC lets him have more fun when he's with her. He doesn't act childish, he just is positive and a person with a lot of luck and confidence. I really like how he doesn't see MC as "oh you youngling" since he is much older and has experienced a lot of the 'real world', he respects her for her views on the world and enjoys seeing the world how she sees it. Also, a huge user of stickers.Si Lan: He will always trust MC and even if he has yet to understand the reasoning behind her actions, he knows he can believe in her words. It's rather simple why I like him, he is the definition of "my life is always detailed and planned but you keep on showing me the 'anomalies' that are part of being human, so in that, I want to spend my days with you" and I just really enjoy how he fits in her shenanigans into his life.Ye Xuan: A lot of it comes to how he learns to have human emotions and compassion. He comes to see the bursts of emotions that MC expresses, in her actions and her paintings. Both he and MC realize that they are willing to fight through any obstacle cause in a sea of perplexing 'logic', their feelings are the strongest bond they both have.

Light and Night

Xiao Yi: Simple answer, very boyfriend. Not so simply answer, he shows a lot of understanding of her and matching her pace in whatever they do. A lot of their stories are pretty much straightforward because he isn't one to beat around the bush and so does she. It's easy for them to hold and support each other because they both believe in being each other's anchor.Lu Chen: I just like that he's a bit of a manipulative lil shit ❤️ Okay but in all seriousness, I like that part of him because as much as it is more seen in the negative light, it simply shows that this is a guy that has a lot that he has to consider and on how he could move his chess pieces right. MC plays along with this manipulator and I enjoy that she knows his tricks cause he lets her see him. There was a good analysis from a CN sister my friend talked about and he will let MC see the atrocities he does from the other side of the door and he never mentions whether or not he has the door locked. Such in a way that he is worried of how she will accept him but also having that hope that she'll learn herself that the door is unlocked and she can come in if she so pleases. And she does!Qi Sili: The guy with the whole thing of "a life long-lived". He's seen it all, experienced it all and that shapes who he is today. He knows that he will outlive MC one day but even if his character is one to be pulled away by time cause of the long life he has lived and finding different ways to cope with it. But in all the summers he has experienced, there are more summers he will be with her and their reunions in winter. He'll find her time and time again, a love that is written across time, witnessed by the seasons and the days he'll create for her. How will he live the years after that? That is not something to dwell on in the current moment.Zha Lisu: A guy that will always, always be MC's best hypeman. I love how he's very confident in himself and always wears that in whatever he does. Like whenever he says the most "oh god this rich dude, what is money, i can do anything" thing, it doesn't feel pompous and feels more on the comedic side. MC plays around with his energy and they are birds of a feather. Also, when he isn't on the fun guy personality, he's very dedicated and serious about his job, which translates to how well he treats and takes care of MC.Xia Mingxing: My beloved orange cat, my forever green tea lil shit. I love his sassy lil ass. This part of him always makes me laugh cause it takes skill to be well-versed in talking smack and he does it like breathing air lol. So this makes his character just enjoyable when he goes "Missy" to his jiejie cause like look at this dude trying to play innocence. We know your stalker tendencies.

Love and Deepspace

Shen Xinghui: He is deceptively simple. In that he seems simple but there are other parts to his character that is yet to be seen and for MC to see the full extent of. It's easy to slap the "sleepy dude" title on him but that plays in the bigger character structure of how he sees life since he has lived for a few centuries.Li Shen: His character has a lot of tolerance for MC's shenanigans and often it comes out as him amused at her because he anticipates that from her. Definitely indulges her a lot and MC also realizes this and uses her Princess Treatment privilages.  Qi Yu: He surely has a lot of views of different things of the world, and of the people. Given that he has experienced a lot with different types of people and how species are treated, some of his views sound bleak but there is still some humanity in him. And he hides all this with his "artistic playfulness facade".Qin Che: There's a type of resigned reluctance that he has when it comes to MC and it plays around how he knows and believes that he has seen more than she has. In his world, there's no clear distinction between 'good' and 'evil' but there is strength so it's slowly becoming a thing he is trying teach MC. But also, his character isn't entirely available yet to see the specifics for him.

Beyond the World

BtW is on a lot of vibes since we haven't seen much of their Real World self so this is a vibe of the different counterparts from different worlds. I do suggest asking Doropyan for her opinion on them since she has read pretty much all the content the game has~ 

Gu Shiye: The level of patience and understanding this man has. He always understands MC and allows her to do her thing. He is very much a guy who doesn't say much, but he will always show how much he cares and follows MC's pace. Also, Brother Four here looooves to hold his MC with gloves hehe.Yi Yu: The flags he is showing scream yandere. I feel bad to say this but it is just his luck to be 'abandoned' by MC and it makes him one who still continues to wait for her, each passing silhouette makes him wish it was her but also wavering slightly on how much he can trust her again cause he keeps on feeling she will 'abandon' him again (tbh this is heavy on the space world, the one with omegaverse)Bai Yuan: How easy to fall into trusting him because he is so warm and there is no doubt that he will protect MC. Like, if you have to entrust someone with your life, he is on the top of the list, dependable and so loyal.Xia Xiaoyin: The tsundere we all love. He always acts nonchalant but from his words, it's clear that MC is important to him. Very into wanting to be praised, he will question MC until she rewords her sentence to something that compliments him. A bit of a drama king but we love him.
