I began to like him before I started playing. My friend was explaining the game and her description of him made me attracted to him. The main points that got me excited to read and see about his character are Nilihism, Vampire and Gentleman.

But when I started playing and reading the early chapters of main story, I fell in love with his temperament and the way he acts with MC. This makes it interesting since we can see snippets of his character and the people he interacts with. This made me curious to know why he has different sides to him, the ruthlessness he has that he will plunder the obstacles in front of him and also the kindness he shows MC. Both sides of his character ARE him. I like that he has managed to create a Lu Chen that still deep down yearns for the light and goodness in the world even when he knows he is someone who will always be in the dark.

Genuinely, I really like how he's a character that you can discuss the views on the world, which gets you thinking and seeing the different perspectives in life. Even if he keeps giving nihilistic answers most of the time.
